Analysis of Deep Breath Relaxation Techniques to Post SC Patients with Pain

Are frequentassociated with postoperative pain. A surgical process after surgery or post surgery will cause a pain response. The pain felt by post partum mothers by cesarean section comes from wounds in the abdomen. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation techniques on post SC patients with pain. The research design used a systematic use of several research journal articles published on the Health base while the health databases used included: Google Scholar, Google Scholar and Pubmed with a time span of 2014 to 2020. The journal search results found that almost all journals had a value p value 0.001 < alpha value 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between deep breathing relaxation techniques in post SC patients with pain. When using relaxation breathing techniques during labor, it can maintain components of the sympathetic nervous system in a homeostatic state so that there is no increase in blood supply, reduce anxiety and fear so that mothers can adapt to pain during labor.
